Airbus announced that during the Farnborough Air Show the total value of orders received amounted to € 31,500,000,000, correspondendo a 279 planes of the families single aisle e widebody.
The agreements signed during the event include orders for 197 planes in the amount of € 23,700,000,000 and commitments for more 82 aviões, a total of € 7,800,000,000.
Entretanto, Airbus published the first "Global Services Forecast", where the exponential growth of commercial aviation after-market manages € 2.6 trillion in after-sales services in the next 20 anos. Of this amount, the value of maintenance activities, Repair and overhaul exceed the € 1.6 trillion, around 2035. On an annual basis, Airbus perspective that the expenditure on these activities increase of € 47.7 billion to over € 118.8 billion in 2035.
