The Vila Baleira Hotels group & Resorts reinforced its position in the Madeira archipelago with the acquisition of Aparthotel Luamar, on the island of Porto Santo.
Esta unidade, located next to Vila Baleira Resort Porto Santo, comes to increase to 455 rooms offered by the group owned by Ferpinta Turismo, thus integrating the 57 Luamar apartments.
In addition to this new hotel, the group's portfolio includes the Vila Baleira Porto Santo Resort, that has an ability to 312 quartos, dos quais 56 are apartments.
The purchase of Aparthotel Luamar, detained since 1992 by Sousa group, had been trading since the summer of last year.
