IRC: payment-free accommodation and catering until December

The accommodation and catering sectors will be exempt from paying on account of IRC until December and will not have to demonstrate a break in billing greater than 40%. This is yet another measure announced by the Prime Minister as part of the Economic and Social Stabilization Program.

Concerning Tourism, António Costa, stressed that the Council of Ministers approved some exceptional measures for that sector.

Payment on IRC account, which will vary depending on the billing margin, for the entire accommodation and catering sector the payment exemption is total. The exemption is total regardless of whether they are demonstrating a break in billing, said António Costa reinforcing that accommodation and catering companies are immediately treated by companies with a turnover drop of more than 40%.
