Together with the appointment of Joseph Theotónio to CEO – Chief Executive Officer, Dionísio Pestana, named for the holding company presiding as Chairman, José Roquette, CDO position – Chief Development Officer, reporting to the Chairman, and responsible for strategy development and coordination of all the new investments.
Luigi Valle, keep on Holding functions as Vice President for the play areas and Communication.
For the daily management of the business was appointed an Executive Committee, led by new CEO José Theotónio, that includes six administrators with the following portfolios: Operations, Marketing & Sales, Management control & Accounting, Corporate Finance, IT & Business Intelligence and Pousadas de Portugal.
Similarly, Administrators of major investees, in the different regional areas, keep their functions.
