It all started with a simple walk and interest in another space (preferably not won). Two steps from the Santo André Lagoon, in Vila Nova de Santo André, Chakall fell in love with the existing restaurant and a proposal was made. E, all of a sudden, a space that did not even know be on sale, changed hands. O restaurante, unnamed, has been running this summer, as a kind of test to see how the market worked. The results were satisfactory and the project will move forward. The future site accommodation (still no name) will have nine rooms (suites) and a restaurant - with seating for 100 people - divided into about space 600 m - current area and can not be "stirred".
The project is in the last stages of tuning (design and licensing) and the forecast points to the start of construction this year. Once this date the aim is to have the operational establishment next summer.
As the project is still at an early stage there are still some unknowns. The investment, por exemplo, Chakall that both may be referred to 400 thousand euro to move to higher values, as well as the unit price positioning. It is sure that this will be based on energy and environmental sustainability. This means that will be used environmentally friendly materials and falling within the environment (wood) and that the project will include the installation of photovoltaic panels.
