Access to restaurants and hotels only with a digital certificate

Access to restaurants and hotels will continue to be subject to the presentation of a digital certificate.

Among the measures that will remain in effect from the day 10 January is at digital certificate display requirement for access to catering establishments, to tourist establishments and local accommodation, needed the prime minister.

This digital certificate - in the form of a negative test or a complete vaccination schedule, this being considered for those who have had the booster dose for more than 14 days - will still be required for access to cultural shows, events with marked seats and gyms.

António Costa said that the Government understands that all people who have the booster dose for more than 14 days will no longer have to take tests to have access to some locations or activities that will still have testing requirements, the only alternative to performing tests is the digital certificate and the indication of the third dose on the 14th day after administration of the booster dose must be included..

Desta forma, who has more than 14 days of booster dose should already have updated digital certificate, stressed the prime minister.

Anyone who does not have the booster dose will have to be tested.
