The Sheraton Cascais Resort ripped with a recruitment process, with the opening of 62 job vacancies in various areas of activity. This represents the largest hiring since the resort became the property of the international brand Sheraton, about two years ago, and will allow the hotel to duplicate your fixed structure on the opening, predicting an increase in still more characteristically seasonal positions.
The recruitment team at the Sheraton Resort Cascais, will disclose new job offers at events such as tourism fairs, in the main hotel schools in the country and traditional recruitment methods, with ads on online platforms and employment centers. Além disso, the team will make two roadshows by country: the first in February, will pass by Lisbon, Setúbal and Alentejo, and the second in March by the North, in particular, Viana do Castelo, Douro Valley-Lamego, Coimbra, Castelo Branco and Leiria.
The growth of different areas and services of the resort, in particular with the opening and remodeling of spaces of restoration, justify the need of specialized human resources. With a varied offer of accommodation and leisure services there are vacancies unfilled in various functions, with greater emphasis on operational positions, como: chefs, waiters, housekeeping, front office, entre outras.
