Although travelers still need to comply with the mandatory quarantine of 14 days on arrival in Thailand, according to the Government spokeswoman, Cracked Dhnadirek, the Thai government extended long-stay visas to tourists from all countries, regardless of the pandemic situation in the places of origin, under an amendment to the newly created Special Tourist Visa (STV).
