The Portuguese Military Tourism Association (ATMPT) will perform on the day 22 October and at the Convent of Christ, em Tomar, the Military Tourism Seminar’21.
The initiative is organized by ATMPT in partnership, entre outros, with the Town Hall of Tomar, Polytechnic Institute of Tomar and the ERT of the Center of Portugal.
The morning includes a visit to the “Templar Convent”, where participants are accompanied by some of the lesser-visited or lesser-known areas of the castle/convent.
During the afternoon, in the Scriptorium of the Convento de Cristo, the event includes the presentation of ATMPT and INSIGNIA projects, who joined this initiative.
The day ends with a roundtable debate, with a group of professionals in the areas of Tourism, of Culture and Heritage, that will address the theme “Military Tourism in Portugal – challenges, requirements, expectations".
Taking into account the limited number of seats available in the room, the seminar will be broadcast live on ATMPT's digital channels.
