Royal Air Morocco, RAM, Moroccan national airline, recently announced that it will become officially 31 de março de 2020, full member of the Oneworld alliance right.
In this way, RAM will become the first African company to become a full member of Oneworld right.
The approval of RAM integration happens after a unanimous vote of the 13 current member companies of the alliance in December. With this vote, members of the Oneworld widely approved the evaluation of projects by the national air company since December 2018, when he was invited to join the Alliance.
Some of the key projects for effective integration included the redesign of the airline's booking classes, according to the standards applied to enterprises Alliance members, as well as the consistency of their loyalty programs with the Oneworld standards.
Além disso, Royal Air Maroc has launched an extensive staff training program for all customer service positions, como call centers, commercial departments and the board.
