All citizens wishing to travel to Portugal by air (except children who have not completed 24 months old) have to provide proof of laboratory testing (RT-PCR) for screening for SARS-CoV-2 infection, with negative result, performed on 72 hours prior to departure.
Também, airlines should only allow passengers to board flights with a destination or stopover in mainland Portugal upon presentation, upon departure, negative test result.
