For those who still don't know the drink, kombucha is a very old drink, known as immortality tea in China from 220 BC. Briefly, it is obtained by adding to the tea, black or green, a yeast and bacteria culture called SCOBY (ou Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) and sugar to trigger fermentation, the latter being almost completely eliminated during the process.
According to the note accompanying the drink, its beneficial characteristics for health are recognized and pass through the protection of the liver, regularization of intestinal function, by antimicrobial and antifungal action, entre outras.
A OH K! Kombucha is 100% Nacional, created by a couple of entrepreneurs dedicated to health for years, namely to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and made with organic green tea from the Azores, large amounts of plants and fruits and without any additives or preservatives.
As a note to take into account it has the lowest sugar content in the Portuguese market and does not need refrigeration.
The healthy drink is available in three flavors: “Ginger”, with ginger and lemon; “Pure”, with green tea and jasmine; e “Red”, with wild fruits.
