Parques de Sintra - Monte da Lua recently launched a new digital experience, the one that gave the name “Time Lines”.
The objective is to make available the most notable events that occurred throughout the history of the National Palace of Sintra.
It is an initiative, free and interactive, which allows users to explore the history of the oldest Palace in Portugal, through four parallel chronological lines that frame the most relevant knowledge that occurred throughout its 1.000 anos, relating them to other regional events, nacionais e internacionais.
The intention is to facilitate understanding and interpretation of the monument, each event presented contains texts and/or images and content developed and selected by the conservators and researchers of the National Palace of Sintra.
Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua states that, in this first phase, This tool is only available in Portuguese, later also working in English.
As a promise, Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua highlights that this initiative will soon also be available for the Palácio de Monserrate, Queluz National Palace and Pena National Palace.
