GEA Group promotes new formations

 

The GEA Group, network of independent travel agencies, promotes in early December four training courses in Lisbon (5 e 6) e Porto (12 e 13).

These features are aimed at directors of travel agencies of the Group and have as its theme "Emotional Sales". The course promotes the use of NLP tools (neuro-linguistic programming) applied to commercial activity with the aim of improving levels of relationship and communication.

To Peter Gordon, GEA Group Managing Director Portugal and Latin America, o Grupo GEA continues to invest in training for directors of agencies that are part of our network and strengthen the periodicity and themes for 2018.

It should be noted that the training for this group of independent travel agencies is a central element in strengthening the strategic capability of an organization for greater effectiveness and efficiency in the results and greater capacity for innovation in response to customer needs.
