Changes in eDreams

A eDreams, online travel agency in Europe, announced its plan to change the registered office of the Luxembourg Group for Spain, in order to achieve greater organizational efficiency and cost. The meeting of shareholders required for the implementation of this change will be convened in June and will take place in September.

EDreams ODIGEO also announced the new composition of its Board of Directors, related to this change. A 31 de março, with the end of the term of Robert A. Gray as Vice President and Independent Director, Garlic Carmen Perez was appointed as independent director and chairman of the Audit Committee. These decisions are subject to approval by shareholders at the next annual general meeting.
