It was with these words of admiration that Viola Davis, the latest winner of the Oscar for best supporting actress, demonstrated your willingness to come and visit the Algarve. The actress revealed a great interest and curiosity for what was presented on the target during one of several parties leading up to the big night of the Oscars.
The action in question was carried out by the Tourism Association of the Algarve (ATA), the agency responsible for the external promotion of the region as a tourist destination, in partnership with the American magazine Swanky Retreats, a publication dedicated to the travel and lifestyle topics and addressed to a lover of luxury tourism segment and differentiator.
Apart from Viola Davis, the initiative included the participation of many other celebrities, between actors, presenters and other representatives of the world of "showbiz" North American. In a charming and promotion of Algarve and Portugal, all of them received a voucher with the offer to stay in one of the selected luxury hotels in Algarve: Hilton Vilamoura; Hotel Rural Quinta do Marco, in Tavira; Monte Santo Resort, em Lagoa; and Hotel Bela Vista, em Portimão.
