The Dreaming is asking for travel agencies to inform, in a timely manner, their customers to the need of the same coming at the airport Humberto Delgado (Lisboa) or in the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto), 3 hours before the flight.
This situation, that is often, is due to the high flow of passengers at the airports of Lisbon and Porto.
The Dreaming still alert to the fact that this recommendation apply to all flights.
This advance was due to waiting times at the check-in counter, security control and distance to the gate.
The appearance at the gate should be at least 45 minutes before departure of the flight.
Failure by the customer of these recommendations, may lead to loss of flights, the Dreaming can never be held liable for the same.
