85,3% of overnight stays in February in Portugal were assured, segundo dados do Instituto Nacional de Estatística (INE), by non-resident tourists from 16 transmitters markets.
The North American market has been registering the highest growth - 32,2% compared to the same period in 2018. Second place went to Ireland, com 20,9%, followed by China, com 14,5%. Opposite Switzerland was the market registered the biggest drop - 18,7%, then, very closely, of Belgium (16,5%), and Germany (11,8%).
O mercado britânico, que representa 18,4% of total non-resident overnight stays in February, grew 2,1%, Spain already, responsible for 8,8% overnights recorded a slight fall 4,5%.
